How can we fix the wrong output on "Payroll Report (Create File-Tax Withheld Report)(PAYJPWTM)" after running "Japan, Withholding Tax Report Generation(PAYJPITWR_ARCHIVE)" as below steps

steps1. Run "Japan, Withholding Tax Report Generation(PAYJPITWR_ARCHIVE)"

steps2. Created the data like "JP_ITAX_XXXXX" of the column "ACTION_INFORMATION_CATEGORY" in the table "PAY_ACTION_INFORMATION"

steps3. Roll back "Payroll Run (Salary)" and change the Payroll and then re-run "Payroll Run (Salary)"

steps4. Run the concurrent program "Japan, Create Payroll Data for use in Reporting Form"

steps5. Run the concurrent program "Payroll Report (Create File-Tax Withheld Report)(PAYJPWTM)"

steps6. we found out that the output did not include the change in steps3.

This means that the output in steps5 is based on the data "JP_ITAX_XXXXX" in steps2.
