RFQ Creation Using Template Is Asking For Mandatory Fields

Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Auction/RFx creation
In RFQ creation page when we click on Apply Template button Below Error message appears:
ERROR

Form Validation failures:
A value must be entered for "Title".
A value must be entered for "Bill To Address".
A value must be entered for "Ship To Address".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Sourcing.
2. Click on the negotiation tab: Create RFQ.
3. Select the Apply template tab.
