Symptoms
When attempting to set up Payables for a new operating unit in the Payables options, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
APP-SQLAP-97410: You cannot update this option because transaction accounting information has already been recorded using this setting.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Payables Responsibility
2. Go to Setup --> Options
3. Go to Payables Options --> Accounting Options
