After Adding 2nd Applications Node Unable to View Request Output / Log Files

After adding a second applications node (prodapps2), when attempting to view output and log files, the following screen error message occurs.

"An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server connection with the node FNDFS_PRODAPPS1. There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener on node FNDFS_PRODAPPS1 may not be running. Please contact your system administrator."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on the View Output or View Log File... buttons


 Added a second applications node (prodapps2)
