E-Business Suite R12 Workflow, Workflow Notification Issues

 

 

 

Some users are unable to receive workflow email notifications when there are multiple role recipients.

Email notifications sent to an adhoc roles fails when one of the members has an invalid address.

The members with a valid address will still receive the email.

1. Send a notification to multiple mail recipient roles

2. One or more of the recipients does not receive an email notification


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to the issue, users cannot receive email notifications.
