ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After patch application in Production (Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3+ Recommended Patch Collection 3 - <Note 20203366.1>), OEXOEORD form (Sales Order Entry Form) does not display Global Descriptive Flexfield JG_OE_ORDER_HEADER ( Regional Localizations )
Code : JL.BR.OEXOEORD.HEADER
Name : Order Header Information
Description : Brazilian Order Header Information
Enabled : Yes

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The Global Descriptive Flexfield (GDF), JG_OE_ORDER_HEADER, should still display on the Sales Order form.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Via the Order Management Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders.
