Symptoms
When attempting to perform the 'Link Shipments' action on a Buy Shipment table pane in a user-created Advanced Layout, the system provides no response.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Advanced Layout with a Buy Shipment table pane
2. Navigate to the new Advanced Layout
3. Select two shipments then attempt to perform the action Operational Planning / Manage Continuous Move / Link Shipments
4. Observe that no response occurs
