Can Not Connect To Oracle Transportation Server From Oracle Transportation Mobile App

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Client is unable to connect to Oracle Transportation Management 6.4.1 instance from the Oracle Transportation Mobile App 1.0 on an android device.
The android phone meets all the requirements described in the Android app store.
Every time to connect from a mobile phone through the OTM Mobile app, one gets "Unable to connect to server." message on the phone
Client is configured with reverse proxy server.
