Following <Note 1383621.1> - Cloning Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 with Rapid Clone (Doc ID 1383621.1)
When attempting to run command 'perl adcfgclone AppsTier' the following error is received:
RC-40201: Unable to connect to Database <SID>.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow the steps in Cloning Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 with Rapid Clone (Doc ID 1383621.1)
2. Run the following command: perl adcfgclone AppsTier
3. Confirm the error RC-40201: Unable to connect to Database <SID> is received
