Symptoms
When manually updating the Ship Unit Tab on an Order Release to increase the Ship Unit Count and the Total Package Count, the following error is thrown if you attempt to split the order.

6) Now go to line Item Tab and see that Line Item Total Package count is still 1 (not 2). Update the Total Package Count to 2 and click Finished
7) From Actions, try to split order again and this time it splits successfully.
