Symptoms
Dock Manager drag drop functionality doesn't work in IE10
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM;
2. Go to Operational Planning -> Appointment Management -> Dock and Yard Managers;
3. Search for a Dock Location;
4. Check the Dock Location and got to Actions -> Manage Appointments;
6. Try to Drag and Drop a shipment to a time slot.
