Symptoms
When sending Financial System Feed from Shipment using XML Template, it is giving an error and the file doesn't go out to OTM.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. For a Buy Shipment perform the "Send Financial Feed" action;
2. Select a Financial System Feed XML template;
3. Click Send.
