OKCBGRID.ldt Error During 12.2 Upgrade Patching (Doc ID 2106329.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upgrade an 11i instance to 12.2.X, the following error occurs while running okcbgrid.ldt.

ERROR
Uploading from the data file /betsyk4ap/R12/fs1/EBSapps/appl/okc/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/okcbgrid.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/betsyk4ap/R12/fs1/EBSapps/appl/jtf/12.0.0/patch/115/import/jtfgrid.lct(120.5), /betsyk4ap/R12/fs1/EBSapps/appl/okc/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/okcbgrid.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /betsyk4ap/R12/fs1/EBSapps/appl/jtf/12.0.0/patch/115/import/jtfgrid.lct(120.5) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /betsyk4ap/R12/fs1/EBSapps/appl/okc/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/okcbgrid.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (JTF_GRID_DATASOURCES TEST_STARDUST , JTF_GRID_COLS ATTRIBUTE3 ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (JTF_GRID_COLS ATTRIBUTE30 , JTF_GRID_COLS APS_INVOICE_CURRENCY_CODE ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (JTF_GRID_COLS ARA_CASH_RECEIPT_ID , JTF_GRID_COLS CARRIER_NAME ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (JTF_GRID_COLS CARRIER_SERVICE_ID , JTF_GRID_COLS PRICING_ATTRIBUTE3 ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (JTF_GRID_COLS PRICING_ATTRIBUTE30 , JTF_GRID_SORT_COLS ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from staging tables
  Error loading seed data for JTF_GRID_DATASOURCES: GRID_DATASOURCE_NAME = ASO_QUOTE_VERSIONS, ORA-01403: no data found


STEPS
1. Run the upgrade driver from 11i to 12.2.X
2. Check the worker and ldt logs for errors.
