Symptoms
On : 12.1.2 version, Oracle Alert
When having an Event Alert on table table PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_F, then access an employee person form, the following error appears:

Create an event Alert for
Human resources / PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_F table
WORKAROUND

Disable the Event alert

Cannot have event alert on this table
