Symptoms

When attempting to use Item Import process to assign an Item which already exists in Master Org to Child organization, the import concurrent request completed with following error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Insert records in the MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE
2. Run Item Import
3. Notice the Item Import concurrent request completed with error
