Information in this document applies to any platform.
When trying to login to Mobile Field Service Multiplatform (MFS MP), it is stuck on message 'Please wait while we contact server to get offline mobile data. This may take a few minutes'. However, when trying to login to the EBS Personal Homepage (even from the same device) it works fine.
