R12.2 AP: APXAPRVL.rdf Did Not Generate Due To REP-0736: There exist uncompiled program unit(s) (Doc ID 2107697.1)

Symptoms



When running the Invoice Validation program, the following error shows in the log file:

ERROR

REP-0736: There exist uncompiled program unit(s).
REP-0736: There exist uncompiled program unit(s).
REP-1247: Report contains uncompiled PL/SQL.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-1247: There exist uncompiled program unit(s).
REP-1247: Report contains uncompiled PL/SQL.


Tried to use adadmin to generate the report, but APXAPRVL.rdf did not generate successfully due to the following errors:
