 a. Check if workshifts setup for the RCV Transaction Manager is properly setup
 b. Make sure the receiving executables and managers are valid (not corrupted or relinked with incorrect versions of current libraries) by relinking the same
 c. Adjust Process Parameters based on system, number of users and transaction growth
 d. Increase shared pool and buffer parameters
 e. Increase value of profile 'INV : RPC Timeout'
