Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Suggested Due Date in Planned Purchase Order is not the Need By Date in PO created manually before running ASCP Collection.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Suggested Due Date in Planned Purchase Order is the Need By Date in PO created manually before running ASCP Collection.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Purchasing, create purchase order with need by date
2. Run Standard Collection and Launch Plan
3. View Horizontal Plan and Purchase Orders Suggested Due Date, found the issue.

Changes

Setup: Value to 'GMP: APS Installation Level' is 2, which means existing OPM customers upgrading to Release 12 where ASCP is not fully installed and allows for single instance, multiple organization unconstrained planning.
