Symptoms

Revenue in funding currency exceeds the revenue hard limit in the agreement in the same currency. Revenue transaction currency is the project functional currency but the PFC revenue does not exceed the baselined amount.

Project Functional Baselined (USD): 422,315.38
Project Functional Net Revenue (USD): 356,797.76

Funding Baselined (GBP): 276,294.00
Funding Net Revenue (GBP): 545,365.39

The agreement is entered in GBP and has the Revenue and invoice hard limit checked.
