R12: PA: Can't See Output Via XML Publisher For Create Accounting (Doc ID 2111146.1)

Goal

Initially when running create accounting it completed with a warning... When users tried to view output it started to show the XML and then convert to the XML Publisher Report, but it just sits and spins and never gets anywhere... The file is rather large at over 290 mb. In looking over the log we saw the following...

When we tried to view the output from the concurrent request via another program to view via XML Publisher we got the following error...
