On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

Unable to add/create new customer accounts for an existing customer type PERSON .

For customer type ORGANIZATION there is no error message received when a new account is added/created.

Error - The party of party idxxxx must be an ORGANIZATION type of party. Please enter a ORGANIZATION type of party

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receivables Manager Responsibility
2. Navigation: Customers > Customers > query the customer type PERSON : ABC
3. Create a new account for this party and populate the information > click on Continue > the error message appears
