Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Depot Setup

Concurrent program 'Depot Repair Service Order Orchestration' failing with below error.
Due to this failure repair order status transition is not happening.

ORA-01086: savepoint 'REFRESH_JOB' never established in this session or is invalid ORA-06512: at "APPS.CSD_SOO_PVT", line 618 ORA-08004: sequence CSD_SO_ORCHESTRATION_S1.NEXTVAL exceeds MAXVALUE and cannot be instantiated in Package CSD_SOO_PVT Procedure REFRESH
