SShipUnit Belongs to Only One Order Movement Instead of Multiple Ones When Shipment Actual Sent In (Doc ID 2113491.1)

Last updated on JULY 20, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Management - Version 6.3.6 to 6.4.2 [Release 6.3 to 6.4]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When sending in a shipment actual that mixes order releases onto ship units, SShipUnit that contains multiple orders should belong to multiple order movements, but it belongs to only one of the order movements.

For example, a SShipUnit has two SShipUnitLines, one line is from order ABC-001 and the other line is from order ABC-002.

Suppose the order movement for the two orders are OM-ABC-001 and OM-ABC-002.
The SShipUnit should be associated with both order movements OM-ABC-001 and OM-ABC-002 through table order_movement_d.

However, it is only associated with OM-ABC-001, not OM-ABC-002.
