Goal

Unable to use Period, such as 01/2016 in the 'EMEA VAT: Selection Process' report as period 01/2016 is not displayed in the list of periods. Other periods are available

The period 01/2016 is defined in all modules: General Ledger, Payables, Accounts Receivables.
