Symptoms

Subprocess 'P11D Reports Sub Process' for Program P11D Reports (PDF) is completed in error

at oracle.apps.per.p11dss.utils.server.p11drepprocess.runProgram(p11drepprocess.java:1666)
at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.request.Run.main(Run.java:157)
Process errored.oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Error fetching report Template . Exhausted Resultset
