Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OTM is installed and is configured to use HTTPS. The URL on the login page displays HTTPS. However, after logging into the application, the login request is redirected to use HTTP instead of HTTPS. The URL of the OTM home screen after logging in displays HTTP.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that after logging in, the application continue to use HTTPS.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Configure OTM to use HTTPS as defined in the installation and security guides.
2. Open a web browser and navigate to the OTM login screen. The URL is displayed with HTTPS.
3. Login to OTM with a valid user
4. The URL is displayed with HTTP
