Originally Observed On Configurator Build 12.1.3.31.7

When attempting to launch two recently published user interfaces, the following error occurs. Error occurs as the session launches before the Configurator UI is visible. Issue first observed after publishing the affected model, and newly published interface did not launch.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle iStore responsibility
2. Navigate to an item associated with one of the affected models
3. Launch Configurator
4. Error occurs
