ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Discrete to Process interorg transfer with zero value of Transfer Price is not getting form of Item cost.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Like Purchase Receipts.. even item with zero transfer price value should form part of the Item cost.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Inter Org Transfer between Discrete Organization ( source) to Process Organization ( destination) with Transfer Price with value of zero.
2. Create a Purchase Order in Process Organization with PO price of zero Receive the same.
3. Execute the Actual cost process.. system only considers PO Receipt even though value is zero but not Inter org transfer.
