Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Tax Calculation

 

You are fully integration with Vertex O, and Autoinvoice is failing with the following error message in the log file

ERROR

ERROR: from eBusiness Tax - return code = 1 Current system time is 08-FEB-2016 14:22:40
Please review the plsql debug log for additional details. Current system time is 08-FEB-2016 14:22:40

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run autoinvoice
2. Verify error message
