ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Email Center Download Processor accounts are going down frequently.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 Able to processed all emails without any issue

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Email Center Administrator -> Email Center Administration -> Monitoring -> Download Processor
(see processor status (X - Error), when the problem occurs)
