On : 12.1.3 version, Desktop Rcv/Returns/Correction

When attempting to create receipt from iProcurement
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Your receipt could not be created successfully due to unexpected error.
rvtptcontrol failed cannot read for profile option INV_DEBUG_TRACE in routine & ROUTINE


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement -> receiving
2. Search PO -> Create receipt
3. Error occurs
