Symptoms
On Test : 12.1 HRMS RUP8 version, Affordable Care Act (ACA)
City Employee retired on 19 October and will be covered by his current policy until the end of the month.
When the 1095C is generated, the following is expected:
| Box 14 | Coverage Time Frame |
|---|---|
| 1A | January-October |
| 1H | November-December |
Although when the 1095-C is generated the following is seen:
| Box 14 | Coverage Time Frame |
|---|---|
| 1A | January-December |
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Date Track 10/19/15,
- Employee retired, health coverage end at the end of the month
- Run ACA Archive process
- View 1095 C form Box 14
