Symptoms
Problem Statement:
Trying to end-date an Organization, and receiving the following error
APP-PER-500030
PER_500030_ORG_EMP_EXISTS
You are trying to End-date an organization which is mapped to active employees as of today.
Please press OK to process or cancel to Rollback the transaction.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HR Manager > Work Structures > Organization > Description form
2. Try to end-date an organization
