Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, Advanced Benefits

When increasing supplemental life during Open Enrollment and then at a later point reprocessing Open after making a change to the family members, the following error occurs:

APP-BEN-91591: Spouse Life cannot be more than XX% of ABC coverage.
Basic Life coverage is YYYYY. XX% of that amount is ZZZZZ.





Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open Enrollment started (default enrollment process Run). Employee enroll via Self Service Benefits.  Example provided below:

a) Employee was enrolled in Employee Life 500K and Spouse Life 250K prior to Open.
b) On 15-NOV-XX, employee increases Employee Life to 750K (suspended and interim of 500K).
c) On 17-NOV-XX, Employee updates contacts which causes Open to back out.
d) Reprocess Open, error message is thrown.
e) OAB doesn't see the interim as an enrollment.
