Employee Sickness Reporting fails to show absences that begin and end outside of the range specified

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using UK HRMS Manager and find an employee with a long running absence.

e.g Employee with an absence that runs from 02-SEP-XXXX until 30-SEP-XXXX

2. Run the Employee Absence Details report:

If dates 03-SEP-XXXX to 29-SEP-XXX are selected, the absence does not show in the SS report. Even though it is an absence that happened between those dates.
