Location Screen Not Pulling the Additional Contacts Created in Other Domain (Doc ID 2119799.1)

Symptoms

In the Service Provider ''Communication and Remarks' tab, the the 'Additional Contacts' field does not return any data when you change the User Role to a role in another domain.

Example:
You have two domains as follows:

DOMAIN-1.ADMIN

DOMAIN-2.ADMIN
- Created a User Role 'SUPERUSER'
- Granted READWRITE/ALL_TS access to the DOMAIN-1 domain
- Created Service Provider 'SP' and Additional Contact 'AC'

Log into DOMAIN-2.ADMIN > Changed the User Role from 'ADMIN' to 'DOMAIN-2.SUPERUSER' > search for Service Provider 'DOMAIN-2.SP' > Edit it and go to the 'Communication and Remarks' tab > go to the 'Additional Contacts' section > click 'l' to list the available Additional Contacts > zero records.
