Symptoms
When attempting to import order (EDI or otherwise) with a customer ship_to address from an existing location -
the following error occurs.
ERROR
"Location already exists for this business purpose and customer"
The issue occurs when you passed an existing ship to location value to field 'ORIG_SHIP_ADDRESS_REF' in OE_HEADERS_IFACE_ALL, and related data to interface table 'OE_CUSTOMER_INFO_IFACE_ALL'.
STEPS
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Run Order Import concurrent program
