When attempting to look at requisitions for material under a work order the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Navigate to EAM Responsibility
2.  Work Orders -> Query Released Work Orders-> Select work order MC1234 which is an Outside Support item
3.  Select Materials and select requisition number 8. 
- Get error when clicking on the requisition number  (Hyperlink)
