Symptoms

When attempting to access the Project Workplan the following behavior occurs.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Workplan Tab is not displayed


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Projects:Delivery > Search Projects > click on the project name > see that the Workplan tab is not displayed in the ProjectHomeConfigPG html page
