Expense Account Is Not Defaulted After User Chose "Cancel" Once (Doc ID 2120098.1)

Symptoms

When user create 'Amend' and save it, Decision window is displayed and user chose "Cancel".
After that, user attempts to save again, the following error occurs.

Please enter either an expense account, a distribution set, or project information to complete this payment term.

 

 Steps to reproduce

  1. Create new Lease
  2. Amend Lease
  3. Shorten existing payment line and create new payment line.
  4. Attempt to Save and "Decision" popup window is displayed, then choose "Cancel"
  5. Save again and the error popup window is displayed.
    Error message:
    Please enter either an expense account, a distribution set, or project information to complete this payment term.
