Symptoms

Manual STAT journals may be directly entered successfully in General Ledger (GL).
However, when using WebADI to load STAT journals the following error is encountered and the journals are not uploaded:

A unit of measure must be associated with the natural account segment value.

STEPS
-----------------------
To reproduce the issue:

1. Create WebADI journal template.
2. Enter journal information.
3. On the Excel banner in the template click Oracle, then Upload.
4. Error will occur in Message area.
