ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
JTM Master Concurrent Program with LOOKUP parameter completed with error:

Error message from CSM_MTL_PARAMETERS_EVENT_PKG.REFRESH_ACC: Error in CSM_MTL_PARAMETERS_EVENT_PKG.Refresh_Acc: -1400:ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("CSM"."CSM5_MTL_PARAMETERS_ACC".''ORGANIZATION_ID").

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Program should complete without any error.

STEPS
1. Login to Oracle APPS.
2. R) Mobile Field Service Administrator > Run the JTM Master Concurrent Program with LOOKUP parameter.
3. Program completed with the above error.
