When applying the patch that contains PAYUS941.pdf, following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Apply patch that contains PAYUS941.pdf.
- Worker job fails loading PAYUS941.pdf with XDOLoader.
