ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After patching, the PRC: Generate Revenue Accounting Events program is not running in parallel.  The concurrent request Conflict Domain is not populated with ORG_ID as it was prior to the patch.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PRC: Generate Revenue Accounting Events program should run parallel for different Operating Unit (OU).
