Contact Groups Display A Maximum Of 1000 Records (Doc ID 2124924.1)

Symptoms

If you add more than 1000 Group Contact IDs to a Contact group, none of them will be visible when you edit or view the Contact Group.
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a Contact Group from menu Business process automation -> communication management -> Contact group -> New;
2) Add 1000 Group Contact IDs to it;
You now have 1000 contacts, which are all visible;
3) Add a new Group Contact ID to the contact group, click save, click Finished, click Edit;
No contacts are visible in the contact group;
