Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Element not listed in the "Element Link Details" report.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run the concurrent program "Element Link Details Report (PDF)" with parameter All Payrolls = Yes.
  2.  The report does not show the element link that is active.
