Punchout Gets Error Indicating Item was Not Added - Supplier Did Not Provide a Category Code (Doc ID 2125591.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Punchout to Supplier or hub

Punchout gets error indicating the item was not added since the supplier did not provide a category code

ERROR
 'item' was not added to the cart. The supplier did not provide a category code.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to iProcurement
2. Punchout to supplier and add items to cart
3. Return to iprocurement with the item(s) and see the error
