Symptoms

When attempting to perform receiving delivery a receipt in the core rcv forms the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform receipt for quantity 0.0000005
2. When attempting to deliver to inventory the reported errors occurs
