Table GME_TEMP_EXCEPTIONS is Growing Very Large, Is it OK to Delete Data?

This table as it is 50 GB and growing. In the TRM, this table is described as a table to log exceptions during the migration/upgrade process but it is being written to every day, possibly for each batch. Can the data from this table be purged without any harm or risk to cost data or the application?
